Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. International shipments are shipped from our US warehouse, and take 8-14 business days. Please see Shipping Rates & Options for details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you should automatically receive an email notification with your order's tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account, and viewing your past orders.
Are there duties or taxes?
We have local warehouses in the Nebraska, USA, there'll be no duties for clients in these countries and certain countries in the EU. For international clients, duties and taxes may apply and must be paid by the client upon delivery.
What happens if I haven't received my package yet?
If you've already checked your tracking, please first try to contact the courier that shipped your order was shipped with along with your tracking number, and they will help you investigate and locate your package. If they're unable to assist, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
What is your return policy?
The best way we can earn your loyalty to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. At Monarkia, we give you a full 30 days to fall in love with your purchase. Should you have any questions, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Return Policy and Warranties:
1. All unused items in original condition are eligible for a full refund within 60 day of purchase. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, or your choice of a digital store gift card.
2. Items returned which are not in new and resellable condition will not be granted a refund.
3. Opened and used items are eligible for a complimentary, one-time exchange only.
4. We offer a 1 year warranty on all products purchased, if you suspect there was a defect, a photo proof will be required to receive a replacement.
5. If you suspect your package was lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Monarkia Collection reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we deem there is repeat abuse of our policies.
How do I return or exchange items?
We want you to love your Monarkia accessories. But if you’re having second thoughts, we want to make returns as simple as possible.
How to return or exchange
Simply contact us within the 60 days period, and we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with return or exchange instructions.
Eligibility
For hygienic reasons, only new and unused items are accepted for returns. A one-time courtesy exchange is accepted for any used items per order.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid at the buyer's expense. Monarkia offers free shipping on exchanges.
When will I receive my exchange or refund?
Our warehouse team will process your return as it's received, and we'll do our best to issue you the appropriate exchange or refund as soon as possible. It's best to provide us with a tracking number for your return or exchange package so we can anticipate your return. If you've sent your items back but have not received any emails from us, please contact us.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
What currency do you charge in?
All orders are charged in USD. For your convenience, you can view prices in USD, CAD, EUR, or GBP by using the currency switcher in the navigation menu. Depending on your credit card or bank, a currency exchange fee may apply.
Are payments secure?
All payments are processed securely by our payment processor Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
